From the moment you drive into the basement heated parking garage, you immediately feel this place is special. The staff are dignified and attentive, without fawning over guests and immediately make them feel at ease. Accommodation is way above average, as are the facilities, especially the spa, bar and restaurants. The breakfast spread is something beyond belief and unmatched by any hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
